  • Election of board positions

Homeowner participation is required either by attending or delegating a proxy. A quorum of 21 homeowners or proxies are required to hold the meeting.  Please delegate a neighbor or board member as your proxy if you cannot attend.

Cimarron Summer Shindig 2023

Saturday August 26th, 2023 noon-4pm

The Cimarron Summer Shindig is a fun event for the entire family.

This year we have arranged for a bounce house, a balloon artist and bubbles to entertain the kids.

The HOA board will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and beverages. We are asking residents to bring a side dish/salad  or dessert to share. 

It is recommended that everyone bring chairs or a blanket, as seating is limited.

2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The bylaws of the Cimarron Homeowners Association of Sammamish call for an annual meeting in the month of March each year. The meeting will be held online. Mail and email reminders have been sent. If you did not receive one please visit PayHOA.com and create an account

Landscape Standards Checklist

Architectural Review

As part of our CC&R’s, the board must approve all changes or major work to the outside of the house including additions or structural remodels, fence replacement, roofing, painting the house, landscaping, etc. Residents are required to request HOA approval for any such changes.
