Cimarron HOA is excited to announce the implementation of the new online system to better serve residents. As a volunteer organization, we needed better tools that would automate tedious tasks, provide greater continuity between boards, improve consistency, and increase transparency. The new system includes:
- Accounting/finance management
- Online payment of dues and fees
- Online architectural requests and tracking
- Violation management
- Integrated communication tools
Residents will now receive invoices electronically, login to pay dues, get automated email updates, access documents and notices, and communicate with the board. Residents can access the system via the PayHOA.com website or through the “Resident Login” button on the Cimarron HOA of Sammamish website.
