Welcome to Cimarron of Sammamish!

The City of Simmamish is recognized as one of the best cities in America while Cimarron is one of its most family-friendly neighborhoods. Located within walking distance of some of the best public schools in the country and surrounded by an expanse of protected greenbelts, residents enjoy a neighborhood experience that harkens back to a simpler time.
